The selection and implementation of appropriate design strategies need a careful evaluation to actionably reduce the built environment's impact on climate change. Planning for sustainable architecture and design is a challenge that requires collaboration and integrated solutions in many different disciplines. Software and tools can offer a significant support. In particular the use of artificial intelligence (AI) can change the work's method. The aim of this article is to analyze software possibilities in developing sustainable buildings.
